About Us

Global Gears is a nonprofit training and consultation services organization whose purpose is to give organizations and companies the tools they need to strengthen their GEARS and get their GEARS moving in the right direction. We work with for-profits, non-profits, philanthropic foundations, start-ups, pre and post mergers, grassroots, mationgrasstops, local, national and international organizations of any size.

Our parent company, Global Fund For Girls has a primary focus on foundations and grantee support for girls and families of color

Capacity Building & Consultation Services

We provide a wide range of Capacity Building for organizations in need. We also offer a range of corporate services and public private partnership consultation services and nonprofit training and consultation services. Capacity building and consultation services are focused on supporting both the internal and external infrastructure needs of organizations serving and our models can be adapted for most sectors and other types of organizations.
